Goulburn Valley Suicide Awareness Walk 2023 (GVSAW23) ~ Terms & Conditions
- I hereby understand that this event is a walk, and I understand that a walk can involve a slight risk of getting injured or hurt.
- I will exercise caution and practice social distancing where possible during the walk and activities before and after the walk, in order to adhere to governmental directives to be COVID-safe.
- The team at GVSAG Inc will endeavour to keep everyone safe, however in the unlikely event that injury occurs throughout the walk, I will not find the organisers, volunteers, director, employees, or agents of this event or GVSAG Inc responsible.
- I understand that photos and videos of the event will be recorded, and any images or videos taken may include an image of me. I accept that my image may be used for general and or promotional use by GVSAG Inc across digital, social, electronic, and print material.
- I accept that my email address will be added to the GVSAG database so that important information and email communication about the event and GVSAG can be sent to me.
- I accept that my registration details will be stored in the GVSAG database and should I wish to review or delete my data, then I can contact the GVSAG team at any point in the future.
